Module Description:
Comm One Work Order Module
is designed to allow you to do Work Orders and Trouble Tickets for telecom service.
The system integrates with Comm One Cable Management to give you a complete solution for
managing your communications operation. User Defined work order types, as well as
customizable report forms allow you the flexibility to customize our work order system to
your needs. Since the system integrates with other Comm One Modules, information
contained in the Station Administration Module is available for inclusion on work orders
including extension, name, department, jack, port, phone type, pairs, etc...

Module Description:
The PBX Interface Module
allows you to import information contained in your telephone system directly into the Comm
One Station Administration Modules. By importing the information directly, you do
not have to maintain duplicate databases. Information on your stations can be stored
in your PBX, and then electronically loaded into Comm One Call Accounting and/or Cable
Management. The exact fields downloaded is dependent on what information is
available from your telephone system. In order to fully automate the download,
you need an available PBX maintenance port that can be accessed either by dial-up or
direct connect using our scripting files.

Module Description:
The ToolBox Module adds
additional utility features to the system including the ability to import / export
information to or from the Comm One System, edit all system reports, and execute global
commands to modify your data files. The flexibility of this module can save hours of
time by allowing files to be imported and exported. Global commands allow you to
issue replace, count, and global formatting commands on your data as well. Most
toolbox commands were designed for advanced users, but our Technical Support Department
can assist you if you have specific questions on syntax for a command.

Module Description:
The Employee Directory
Module allows you to maintain information that can be used to maintain and generate a
company directory. The system uses the standard fields from the Station
Administration Module including extension, name, department, jack, building, room, but
also adds a number of user definable fields for other directory fields that you may want
to track. The module also contains a number of user defined directory formats so
that you can easily generate a number of different directories for your needs. When
this module is used in conjunction with the PBX Interface Module, directory entries are
automatic as they are added to your telephone system.

Module Description:
The Attendant Directory
Module is designed to be used as an instant directory lookup, or an on-line directory.
It is most commonly used by company operators who need to look up employees by
extension, name, department, pager, or other user defined fields. This system
integrates with the other Comm One Modules so that the database only needs to be
maintained once.

Module Description:
This module is designed to
allow you to import other calls from your phone bill (on electronic media) including
collect calls and credit card calls. If you have employees that travel with company
telephone calling cards, these calls can be imported onto each employees Call Accounting
Detail Report, so that they can be billed to the appropriate employee / department.
This way, you do not have to manually track these calls.
