AASTRA PC5 Format

  • In the Aastra Account Manager select 1.2.1 Title

  • Set both OCL and ICL to PC5

 

AASTRA INTELLIGATE SERIAL

Your Aastra system may also be set to send Serial Call Records.  This will require a serial cable between your phone system SMDR port and the pc collecting the call records, and  you will need to match the serial settings (parity, baud, start and stop bits) so that you can collect serial call data.

 

AASTRA OIP SERVER

The OIP Server settings saves the logs in CSV format to the ...\aastra\ip\tax folder.  These files can be automatically pulled into Comm One Call Accounting

 

AASTRA INTELLIGATE TCP/IP PHONE SYSTEM SETTINGS

  • Login to the PBX Management Console

  • Under TARIFICATON select the GENERAL page

  • Change the following settings:

    • 3.1 Enabled: checked.

    • 3.2 OCL +ICLtariffication: checked

    • 3.3 IP address: Enter your Capture PC Ip Address

    • 3.4 TCP port: 1080

    • 3.5 OCL format: PC5

    • 3.6 ICL format: PC5

    • 3.7 OCL header: empty.

  • IP Capture Settings (On Computer Capturing the Call Data)

    • IP Capture Type:  Client

    • IP Address:  The PHone System IP

    • Port: 1080 (Must match TCP Port in phone system)

 

AASTRA MX-ONE

The Aastra MX-One saves your call logs in data files in a directory named: .../var/opt/eri_sn/call_logging.  To get those call logs to the Comm One, you either need to have your network administrator map a drive from your windows Comm One PC to that directory, or use WINCSP scripting to pull records over for processing.
