BROADSOFT BROADWORKS CALL ACCOUNTING

Broadsoft Broadworks has the ability to send call records in two different formats, XML and CSV.  Comm One Supports CSV logs only.  These CSV logs are captured in real-time from the Broadsoft system and then saved and processed into the Comm One Call Accounting Software.

CALL CAPTURE SAVE PATH

When you set up your log file capture from the Broadworks system you should set the logs to be saved to the \log_ip directory under your Comm One Folder.

 

BROADSOFT BROADWORKS SMDR FIELDS

Here is a list of SMDR data fields from the Broadsoft phone system.
