HOW TO RUN A RECORD ID TRAFFIC REPORT
The RECORD ID field is an optional field that you can use for anything. Some customers use this to group extensions so they can generate this report and get totals. For example, some customers have a need to group extensions temporarily but they don't want to mess up their department and division settings. They use the RECORD ID field to group the extensions and then use this report to generate totals while still allowing them to run Department Reports.
To run this report:

Start Call Accounting

From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

From the REPORTS Menu select TRAFFIC REPORTS.

Then select the RECORD ID TRAFFIC REPORT
SELECT REPORT OPTIONS
Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
