HOW TO RUN A DNIS RANKING REPORT

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DNIS REPORTS

  4. Then select the DNIS RANKING REPORT

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
