FAQ-1550 Dialed Number Summary Report

HOW TO RUN A DIALED NUMBER SUMMARY REPORT

This Report summarizes the number you select and gives you a summary of how many times each extension dials the specified number.

​

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. Select Summary Reports

  4. Select DIALED NUMBER SUMMARY REPORT.

SELECT OPTIONS / OK / THEN ENTER DIALED #

  1. Select Report Options

  2. When ENTER NUMBER DIALED appears, enter the number to report on.

  3. Then Select OK.
