FAQ-1568 FAVORITE NUMBER REPORT
The favorite number feature of Comm One allows you to tag particular numbers as favorites and then run a detail report which only shows calls made to or from that number. This is used where you have a particular phone number that you want to keep track of.

HOW TO TAG A FAVORITE NUMBER
Favorite numbers are tagged in the CALLER ID FILE. Phone numbers are usually set to automatically be added to that database as our software sees numbers made to or from those numbers, but you can also manually add numbers there. Once a number is set up in the CALLER ID FILE, then you can tag it as a favorite number.
HOW TO RUN A FAVORITE NUMBER DETAIL REPORT
To run this report:
Start Call Accounting
From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.
From the REPORTS Menu select CALL CENTER REPORTS
Then select the FAVORITE NUMBER DETAIL REPORT
