NEC SL1100 CALL ACCOUNTING

This PBX outputs SMDR data via IP. Here are the items you need to do to get the SMDR output from SL1000 or SL1100 CPU.

 

NEC SL PROGRAMMING COMMANDS FOR CALL ACCTG

Here are the setting changes you should make for your NEC SL1100 to work best with Comm One Call Accounting Sofware:

 

1. 10-20-05 Enable SMDR Port (8001)

2. 35-01-01 Set to LAN

3. 14-01-06 Enable SMDR for Trunks (Repeat for All Trunks):  Checked

4. 15-01-03 Enable SMDR for Extensions (Repeat for All Extensions) Checked

5. 15-01-14 Enable SMDR for Extensions (Repeat for All Extensions) Checked

6. 15-01-15 Enable SMDR for Extensions (Repeat for All Extensions) Checked

7. 20-07 Class of Service Options.  Make sure 18, 19, and 20 are Checked

8. 35-03 Should be assigned an SMDR Port

9. Set the 35-02 Settings as follows:

 

  • 35-02-01 Toll Restriction Calls - Checked

  • 35-02-02 PBX Calls - Checked

  • 35-02-03 Trunk Number/Name:  Set to Number

  • 35-02-04 Daily Summary: Leave Blank

  • 35-02-05 Weekly Summary: Leave Blank

  • 35-02-06 Monthly Summary: Leave Blank

  • 35-02-07 Toll Charge Cost: Leave Blank

  • 35-02-08 Incoming Calls: Checked

  • 35-02-09 Extension Number/Name:  Set to Number

  • 35-02-10 All Lines Busy: Checked

  • 35-02-11 Walking Toll Restriction Table Number: Checked

  • 35-02-12 DID Table Name:  Leave Blank

  • 35-02-13 Caller ID Output When DID to Trunk: Checked

  • 35-02-14 Date: Checked

  • 35-02-15 Caller ID/DID Number:  Caller ID Number

  • 35-02-16 Trunk Name/Received Dialed Number:  Received Dialed Number

  • 35-02-17 Account Code/Caller ID Name:  Calling ID Name

  • 35-02-18 Caller ID Name Output Methos:  Same Line

  • 35-02-19 Dialed # Output Method: Display from first digit

  • 35-02-20 External Call Forward Output: Call Forward Destination

  • 35-02-21 S-Point Terminal Number:  Multiple Subscriber Numbering

  • 35-02-22 Security Auto Dialing: Checked

  • 35-02-23 Watch Auto Dialing: Checked

  • 35-02-24 Call Waiting: Checked or Unchecked
