HOW TO RUN A DNIS TRAFFIC BY HOUR REPORT

 

To run this report:

 

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DNIS REPORTS

  4. Then select the DNIS TRAFFIC BY HOUR REPORT

  5. When prompted enter the DNIS to report on.

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
