HOW TO RUN A DNIS MONTH TRAFFIC REPORT

 

To run this report:

​

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DNIS REPORTS

  4. Then select the DNIS MONTH TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When prompted, enter the DNIS to report on.
