Multi-User Report Utility
   

The Comm One Multi-User Report Utility allows multiple users to run Comm One Call Accounting Reports at the same time.  The regular Comm One Call Accounting is a single-user utility, and this new reporting utility allows multiple people to access the Comm One Reports at the same time.

Multi-User Report Utility Fields
   

  1. SELECT REPORT:  Select which of the 26 Comm One reports you would like to run.  We are working on adding more reports to the utility.  See below for a list of reports available.
     

  2. REPORT TO: You can send the report to:

  • Preview

  • Print

  • Ascii Comma

  • Ascii Tab

  • DBF

  • Excel 

  • HTML

  • PDF

  • RTF

  • Word

  • XML

3. START/END DATES:  Specify start and end dates for the report

4. EXTENSION: All (Default) or Specify a single extension

5. # DIALED:  Number Dialed or Caller ID

6. DEPARTMENT:  All (Default) or Specific department

7. DIVISION: All (Default) or Specific division

8. SITE:  All (Default) or Specific site

9. CALL TYPE: Select All, Incoming, Outgoing or other Call Type

10. SORT BY: Sort by options

11. OK: Run the report with the options you selected.

12. CANCEL: Exit the utility

13: HELP: Bring up this web help screen

14: RESET: Reset the utility to defaults

  • Allows Multiple Users to run reports at the same time

  • Reports can be viewed, saved to a file, emailed, or printed

  • 26 Major reports included in the first release (more later)

  • Report features only / Users can't change your data

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE UTILITY?

Pricing for the utility is a small monthly subscription fee per user.  That fee is being finalized and will be provided when the utility is released on 8/1/2020.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE COMM ONE VERSION 2021 TO USE THE UTILITY?

Yes, you need to have a licensed version of Comm One Call Accounting 2021 to use the multi-user reporting utility.

CAN I RESTRICT REPORT ACCESS BY USER?

No, currently users can run any report included with the utility.  However, we are working on adding user security to the utility so that you can restrict which reports or extensions the end users have access to report on.

IS THIS A WEBSITE OR SOMETHING THAT RUNS FROM A WEB BROWSER?

No, this is an application that runs from a shortcut on the users desktop
