NORTEL MERIDIAN

• Connection Type:  Serial (requires cable between phone system and PC)

• Parity:  Capture PC must match phone system parity

• Baud: Capture PC must match phone system baud

• Start Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system start bits

• Stop Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system stop bits

 

NORTEL CS1000

• Connection Type:  Serial (requires cable between phone system and PC)

• Parity:  Capture PC must match phone system parity

• Baud: Capture PC must match phone system baud

• Start Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system start bits

• Stop Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system stop bits

 

NORTEL BCM

The best way to capture Call Records from Northern BCM is to set up an FTP Server and have your BCM use the CDRPUSH settings to push the raw call records to the FTP Server to be saved and processed into Comm One.
