FAQ-1649: Toshiba Phone Systems

TO CONFIGURE TOSHIBA TO SEND CALL RECORDS

  1. Login to your Toshiba phone system as administrator.

  2. Select the SYSTEM Menu

  3. Select the I/O DEVICE menu from the SYSTEM menu.

  4. Select SMDR

  5. Change the SMDR settings as shown above.

TO CONFIGURE TOSHIBA FOR CALL ACCOUNTING

  1. Log into your Toshiba phone system as administrator​

  2. Select the SYSTEM Menu

  3. Next select SMDR

  4. Then enable SMDR for all of your Incoming (ILG) and Outgoing (OLG) Line Groups.

Then Save your changes.

  15. Caller Number
  16. DISA
  17. ANI
  18. DNIS
  19. Auxiliary ID 1
  20. Auxilliary ID 2
  21. Ring Time
  22. Voice Mail Caller ID
