Comm One LLC is pleased to announce that we have integrated our Comm One Call Accounting Software to work with the Viirtue Cloud Communications Service. This integration allows Viirtue Cloud Communications users to have full access to all of the Comm One Reporting features including report automation on a user-defined schedule.
INTEGRATING COMM ONE WITH VIIRTUE CLOUD COMMUNICATIONS
Here are the settings you will need to make to integrate your VIIRTUE Cloud Communications phone service with Comm One Call Accounting
SFTP CALL RECORDS FROM VIIRTUE CLOUD COMMUNICATIONS
You will need to contact your Viirtue representative and let them know that you are setting up an SFTP server to receive your call records. They will ask you for your network IP Address and port number for SFTP (Usually port 22). You will need to get the IP Address from Viirtue that will be sending the call logs to your server so that your IT Tech can forward that port to the Comm One SFTP Capture.
COMM ONE SETUP
We will set up an SFTP Server on the Call Accounting machine to capture the call records. This computer needs to have a STATIC IP Address.
NETWORK CONFIGURATION - YOUR IT SUPPORT TECH
You will then need to contact your IT Support Tech and have them port forward the IP Address you received from Viirtue to the static IP Address of the Comm One Call Accounting PC in your office on port 22.
Once all of this is done we can set up your Comm One Call Accounting and you will have full access to the Comm One Reporting Options. If any of this is too technical, don't worry, we will walk you through the process and coordinate everything with your IT Tech and your Viirtue representative.
