Comm One Call Accounting Software includes the ability to report on DNIS calls if your phone system supports them.  DNIS is the number dialed when a customer calls you.  For example, if you have a toll free number 1-800-771-9182 you would see 9182 (last 4 digits of the number dialed) on the Comm One DNIS Report.  This allows you to see how many times that number was used.  If enabled on your phone system this feature works for other DID numbers of phone numbers that you use for your business.
