HOW TO CREATE A LIST OF ALL EXTENSIONS

 

This FAQ will show you how to run a list of all extensions in use using Comm One Call Accounting Software.  The list can be previewed, or exprted to PDF, ASCII, or EXCEL. 

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select STATION REPORTS.

  4. Then select the STATION SUMMARY REPORT
