HOW TO RUN A STATION SUMMARY REPORT

The Station Summary Shows a list of Extensions set up in your Comm One Call Accounting Software. You can run this report for all of the extensions on your system or for a particular department.  You can preview this report, or export it to PDF, ASCII, CSV, EXCEL or other formats.

• User Name

• Port

• Department

• Building

• Room

• Site

TO RUN THIS REPORT

1. Start Call Accounting

2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

3. From the REPORTS Menu select STATION FILE REPORTS

4. Then select the STATION SUMMARY REPORT
