COMM ONE CALL ACCOUNTING
FAQ-1129: Why are all call records duplicated and the first one shows a Short Duration?
WHY ARE ALL CALLS DUPLICATED AND THE FIRST ONE SHOWS A SHORT DURATION?
Some phone systems have the ability to send a call record at the beginning of a call as well as the end. If both of these records are enabled in the phone system, then you may see duplicate call records. To resolve this, you either need to disable the start call record in the phone system, or we can ignore it in the Comm One Call Processing so that each call shows only once.
This can also happen if your phone system sends a RING Record. Some phone systems send a separate record to show the ring time for incoming calls.
