FAQ-1234: Call Rounding Options
CALL ROUNDING OPTIONS
There are 3 Call Processing Rounding Options that can be set in Comm One. They are:
 
- 
NONE - Do not Round the Calls 
- 
MINUTE - Round up to the nearest Minute 
- 
NEAREST 10th - Round to nearest 10th of a minute (6 second rounding)  
 
To set the rounding options do the following.
- 
Start Call Accounting 
- 
Select the TOOLS menu from the top menu bar 
- 
Select the WIZARDS option 
- 
Run the "SET CALL PROCESSING ROUNDING OPTIONS" Wizard and follow the prompts.
