FAQ-1459: Allworx Call Accounting Port #16366

Comm One Call Accounting Software is able to capture TCP/IP Call Data from Allworx Telephone Systems. This capture is done via a TCP/IP Network connection. The computer that is capturing the calls needs to be on the same network as the Allworx phone system. Allworx sends call records on port 16366
