FAQ-1752: Allworx Call Duration Showing as Zero

 

FAQ-1752 ALLWORX CALL DURATION IS SHOWING AS ZERO

     When you set up the Call Detail Settings in an Allworx phone system

(Home > Reports > Call Details) you need to make sure that you are streaming COMPLETED calls and not LIVE CALLS.  Streaming LIVE CALLS will have no duration because the call is in progress and hasn't been completed.  Once the call is completed then call duration will show up in Comm One for the completed call.
