Move Comm One to a new PC

Here is the easiest way to move Comm One to a new computer:

1. Close all Comm One Programs

2. Install the same version of Comm One from the website on the new computer.  For this example we will use the 2018 version (c:\ca2021)

3. Next, copy the c:\ca2021 directory from the old computer to the new computer and OVERWRITE ALL files.

4. You will need to add the Windows Scheduler Tasks on the new PC the same way they are listed on the old PC.

5. Set up Advanced Capture on the new PC if you are using that.

6. Turn off Advanced Capture on the old PC if you are using that.
