Use IPCONFIG & ARP Commands to IP's in Use
When you are setting up IP Call Capture for Comm One it is occasionally difficult to see if your computer can see your phone system to capture calls. This command shows you all IP Addresses in use and can be valuable in troubleshooting network problems.

Select START then RUN
-
Type CMD to start the command line prompt

At the command prompt type the following commands
ipconfig
ping 127.0.0.1
arp -a
-
A list of IP Addresses in use on your network will be displayed.
