FAQ-1262 How to Enable Windows Task History



ENABLE WINDOWS SCHEDULED TASK HISTORY

The Windows Scheduled Task History allows you to view the history of your scheduled tasks that run on your system.  Comm One uses Windows Scheduled Tasks to automate call processing and automated reporting.  Viewing the task history can assist you in troubleshooting task or script problems.

 

To enable Windows Scheduled Task History on your computer:

 

  1. Start Windows

  2. Close all Programs

  3. Select SCHEDULED TASKS from the Comm One Software Folder

  4. Select ENABLE ALL TASK HISTORY from the right menu bar
