FAQ-1169 How to Zero Out Incoming Call Costs

 

HOW TO ZERO OUT INCOMING CALL COSTS

This wizard makes all of the INCOMING calls on your system show a zero cost.   This wizard only changes historical calls you have on file. If you still have costing set up on your Call Accounting any new calls will show a cost on them.

To run this Wizard:

  1. Start Comm One Call Accounting

  2. Select TOOLS from the Top Menu Bar

  3. Select CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARDS

  4. Scroll and select ZERO OUT INCOMING CALL COSTS

  5. Any INCOMING calls you have on file will now show a zero cost.
