FAQ-1183 How to Copy Calls to an XLS File
HOW TO COPY CALL RECORDS TO AN XLS FILE
This Wizard will copy your call records out to an XLS File.

Start the Comm One Call Accounting Software

Select the WIZARDS from the top TOOLS Menu Option
-
Select the COPY CALL RECORDS TO EXCEL FILE
-
You will be prompted for a directory to save the file and for a file name.

Your CALL RECORDS will be copied to a EXCEL XLS File.
