FAQ-1168 How to Zero Out Information Call Costs
HOW TO ZERO OUT INFORMATION CALL COSTS
This wizard makes all of the INFORMATION calls on your system show a zero cost. This wizard only changes historical calls you have on file. If you still have costing set up on your Call Accounting any new calls will show a cost on them.
To run this Wizard:

Start Comm One Call Accounting
-
Select TOOLS from the Top Menu Bar
-
Select CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARDS
-
Scroll and select ZERO OUT INFORMATION CALL COSTS
-
Any INFORMATION calls you have on file will now show a zero cost.
