FAQ-1171 How to Zero Out Toll-Free Call Costs

 

HOW TO ZERO OUT TOLL-FREE CALL COSTS

This wizard makes all of the TOLL-FREE calls on your system show a zero cost.   This wizard only changes historical calls you have on file. If you still have costing set up on your Call Accounting any new calls will show a cost on them.

 

To run this Wizard:  

  1. Start Comm One Call Accounting

  2. Select TOOLS from the Top Menu Bar

  3. Select CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARDS

  4. Scroll and select ZERO OUT TOLL-FREE CALL COSTS

  5. Any TOLL-FREE calls you have on file will now show a zero cost.
