FAQ-1190 Modify Log File Path Name
MODIFY LOG FILE PATH NAME
SET LOG PATH FROM TOOLS MENU
If you are using a standard log path, then you should run the Log Path Option from the Tools Menu.

Start Call Accounting

Select the Tools Menu from the TOP menu bar

Select MODIFY LOG FILE PATH

A dialog will appear where you can set the log file path

Select OK when done
MODIFY LOG PATH WIZARD
Here are instructions for running the log path wizard. If you know the path for your log files or if you are using a non-standard file path this method of setting the path is preferred.

Start Call Accounting

Select the TOOLS Menu on the top menu bar

Select the CALL ACCOUNTING Wizards option.

Select the MODIFY CALL LOG PATH wizard and select RUN

Then enter the path to your log files. Remember to include the trailing backslash.

Select OK to Save
