FAQ-1666 AVAYA IP OFFICE SMDR PARK TIME

     The Avaya IP Office supports the Park Time field for SMDR Output.  Park time is the total amount of time that this call was parked waiting to be picked up.  On Comm One Call Accounting if the park time field is enabled, it will show as hold time on the call reports indicating the total amount of time that the call was on hold or parked waiting to be picked up during a single call or a single call segment.
