NEW AUTO REPORT OPTIONS BY CALL TYPE
There are a number of new Call Types that can be selected by the Auto Report Utility. These new call types allow you to sort your calls in more detail than the features available in prior versions of Comm One. Not all phone systems support these call types. While our software has these options, your phone system needs to support these call types in order for the reports to be available for you.
NEW AUTO REPORT OPTIONS BY CALL TYPE CODES
Here is a list of the new call detail type codes and what each is used for:
TRANSFERRED: Incoming calls that were transferred.
NO ANSWER: Incoming calls that were not answered.
DROPPED CALLS: Incoming calls that were dropped before answered.
VOICE MAIL: Voice Mail Calls
