NEW CALL DETAIL REPORTS BY CALL TYPE
There are a number of new call detail reports using the new call type codes for drilling down into your call data.  Here is a list of the new call type reports available under Detail Reports using the 2019 Version of Comm One (And some later versions of 2018)

NEW CALL TYPE CODES

• NO IHC - No In-house (internal extension to extension) calls

• IN XFER ONLY - Incoming transferred calls only

• IN NO XFER - Incoming calls that were not transferred

• IN NO ANS - Incoming Calls that were not transferred

• IN DROP ONLY - Only show dropped incoming calls

• IN NO DROP - Do not show dropped calls

• IN VM ONLY - Only show voicemail calls

• IN NO VM - Do not show incoming calls that go to voicemail
