NEW EMAIL ADDRESSES AVAILABLE FOR AUTO DEPT REPORTING
With older versions of Comm One there was only a single email address available for Auto Departmentalized Reporting.  When doing auto reporting by department, you select DEPARTMENT in the Mail Setup Utility.  In the Call Accounting Software DEPARTMENT file you can now specify up to 6 email addresses to receive the reports for that department instead of the one email address that was previously available.
