NEW XML EXPORT FOR CALL DETAIL REPORT
The 2019 Version of Comm One Call Accounting now includes the ability to generate a Call Detail Report to an XML file. To use this feature, simply select XML from the REPORT TO pull-down box on the Query Call Detail Screen and specify the XML path and file name after you select OK to generate the report.
