IMPROVED AUTO ARCHIVE UTILITY for 2019
If you only have 25 extensions then archiving your old call records really isn't an issue. If you have 2000+ extensions and you are doing 2 million call records per year, then archiving your call records becomes necessary to keep your reports running quickly. You can archive your call records manually using the ToolBox Utility, or you can use the new 2019 Auto Archive Utility
WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE AUTO ARCHIVE UTILITY
The Auto Archive Utility can be found in the c:\ca2019 directory and is named auto_archive19.exe
HOW DO I SET THE # OF DAYS TO ARCHIVE
The number of days to archive is configurable. Some customers have us set the system to keep 6 months, 1-year, 2-years, or more in the current file. You decide and we will help you configure your system for that setting.
