NEW DNIS TRAFFIC REPORTS FOR 2019
The new Comm One 2019 version has added additional DNIS Reports for tracking inbound numbers dialed.  DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service) tells you what number a customer dialed to reach your company.  For example, you could have 5 differnt tollfree phone numbers.  All of these numbers could be forwarded to the main number of your business.  With the DNIS feature enabled, the call records for calls to those 800 numbers would show which 800 number was dialed with each call.  This allows you to track the inbound traffic for each phone number your

company is using.

Here are the new DNIS Reports that are available in the 2019 version:

 

• DNIS Traffic Report by Hour (Calls by Hour 8am, 9am, 10am)

• DNIS Day of Month Report (Calls by day, 1st, 2nd, 3rd)

• DNIS Weekday Report (Mon, Tue, Wed)

• DNIS Month Traffic Report (Jan, Feb Mar)
