SERIAL AVAYA SYSTEMS INCLUDING G3 & DEFINITY

  • Connection Type:  Serial (requires cable between phone system and PC)

  • Parity:  Capture PC must match phone system parity

  • Baud: Capture PC must match phone system baud

  • Start Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system start bits

  • Stop Bits:  Capture PC must match phone system stop bits


TCP/IP AVAYA SYSTEMS INCLUDING G3 & DEFINITY

  • Connection Type:  TCP/IP Network Connection

  • PC Capture Setting: Client:  Client

  • IP Address:  Telephone System IP Address

  • Port #: Match Phone System

  • Capture PC must be on the same network as the phone system.
