Error: Exceeded # of Licensed Stations

     Different versions of Comm One Call Accounting are licensed for different numbers of extensions. The number in the product code indicates how many extensions you are licensed for. For example, the JR50 software is licensed for 50 extensions. This means you can use it to track up to 50 extensions. If you are using the JR50 and you get this error, it means that you have more than 50 extensions in the system. You can confirm the message and the software will delete the extra extensions and allow you back into the software. Upgrading to a larger software version will resolve this error.
