Not Enough Memory for File Map

This Error indicates that there is not enough RAM on your computer to generate the report that you are requesting.  This error is caused when the number of records in your current call file causes the size of the file to be too big to be opened with the amount of RAM configured on your computer.

To resolve the problem you can:

• Add more RAM to your computer.

• Close other programs to free up RAM

• Archive off call records so your current file is smaller and doesn't require so much ram.
