FAQ-1201 File Access Denied Error

FILE ACCESS DENIED ERROR

     For Comm One Call Accounting Software to run properly you need to have full administrative rights to the computer you are working on. If your rights are restricted and you have READ-ONLY rights, you may get the FILE ACCESS DENIED error when you attempt to start the program. You can also get this error if the program is already running and you attempt to start it a second time.

 

     You can correct this by logging out of the computer and re-logging in with local admin rights.  You can also see this error if someone else has the Call Accounting open on this or another PC.
