FAQ-1030: How to Make All Stations Active


HOW TO MAKE ALL STATIONS (EXTNS) ACTIVE

In Comm One Call Accounting extensions will not be processed into the database, or show on the summary reports unless the station is set to ACTIVE. You can manually scroll through the stations and set each to active using the dialog box, or you can use the new WIZARD feature to automatically set all stations to ACTIVE.

To set all stations to ACTIVE using the wizard here is what you need to do:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the MAIN MENU select the TOOLS menu.

  3. From the TOOLS menu select the CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARD option.

  4. From the CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARD scroll down and select the MAKE ALL STATIONS ACTIVE WIZARD

  5. Follow instructions on the screen.
