TRUNK UTILIZATION / ALL BUSY REPORTING
If you are concerned about having the right number of trunks (phone lines) for your company and want to know if you have too few or too many for your call traffic, there is a Comm One Call Accounting Report that can help you. Here is what you do.

Select REPORTS at the top menu bar.

Select TRAFFIC REPORTS.

Select the TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC REPORT BY MINUTE.

At the report definition screen select a single day (same start and end date) for the day you would like to check call traffic.

Select OK, the Report will generate.
HOW TO INTERPRET THE REPORT
When the report runs the first column MINUTE will show each minute during the day that had an active call. The next column, # of CALLS, will show how many concurrent calls were going on during that minute. If you had 23 trunks and for much of the cay 21 or 21 of them were busy, then you would have times when all lines were busy. If you had 23 trunks, and the most concurrent calls you had going on at one time was 4, then you probably have too many trunks for the time frame you select.
