FAQ-1713 Time of Day 1-Minute Traffic Report

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Time of Day 1-Minute Traffic Report shows you each 1-minute segment of the day and how many calls per 1-minutes there were based on the parameters you select when you generate the report.  You can look at calls by 1-minute segments hour for the whole company, or by extension, department, division, or site.

REPORT FIELDS

  • Time of Day (1-minutes)

  • # of Calls for that 1-minutes

  • Total Duration for that 1-minutes

  • Price for that 1-minutes

  • Average call length for that 1-minutes

  • % of Total Calls for that 1-minutes

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC BY MINUTE Report

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
