FAQ-1724 Month Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Month Traffic Report groups the reports by the month the call was made.  This report can be run for a single extension, all extensions, or by department, division, or site.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Month / Year

  • # of Calls

  • Call Duration

  • Call Price

  • Average Call

  • % of Total Calls
     

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select DAY WEEK MONTH REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select MONTH TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
