REPORT DESCRIPTION

The State Traffic Report sorts the calls by State and combines area codes into the State to which it belongs.

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select the STATE TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
