FAQ-1708 Time of Day by Hour Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Time of Day Traffic shows you each hour of the day and how many calls per hour there were based on the parameters you select when you generate the report.  You can look at calls by hour for the whole company, or by extension, department, division, or site.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Time of Day (Hour)

  • # of Calls for that hour

  • Total Duration for that hour

  • Price for that hour

  • Average call length for that hour

  • % of Total Calls for that hour

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC BY HOUR Report

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
