REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Monday Traffic Report only shows calls for Monday for the period selected.  This report can also be run for a single extension, department, division, or site.

  • # of Calls

  • Duration

  • Call Price

  • Average Call

  • % of Total Calls

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select DAY WEEK MONTH from the report list.

  4. Select MONDAY TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
