REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Call Type Traffic Report shows you the number of calls by call type for the period that you select.

 

VALID CALL TYPES

 

Valid Call Types Include:

• INC - Incoming Calls

• LOC - Local Calls

• LD - Long Distance Calls

• INT - International Calls

• IHC - Internal In House Calls

• 911 - Emergency 911 Calls

• 800 - Toll Free Calls

• INF - Information Directory Assistance
   

REPORT FIELDS

• Extension / Name

• Total # of Calls / Call Duration

• Incoming Calls & Duration

• Long Distance Calls & Duration

• Local Calls and Duration

• Toll Free Calls & Duration

• Information Calls & Duration

• International Calls & Duration

• Internal In House Calls & Duration

• Other Call Types and Duration
   

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

3. Select SUMMARY REPORTS from the report list.

4. Select CALL TYPE SUMMARY REPORT

5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
