REPORT DESCRIPTION
The Time of Day 10-Minute Traffic Report shows you each 10-minute segment of the day and how many calls per 10-minutes there were based on the parameters you select when you generate the report. You can look at calls by 10-minute segments hour for the whole company, or by extension, department, division, or site.

Time of Day (10-minutes)

# of Calls for that 10-minutes

Total Duration for that 10-minutes

Price for that 10-minutes

Average call length for that 10-minutes

% of Total Calls for that 10-minutes
HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

Select TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC BY 10 MINUTES Report
-
When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
