FAQ-1722 Weekday Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Weekday Traffic Report shows calls by the Day of the Week.  This report can be run for all extensions, a single extension, or by department, division or site if those are set up on your system.

REPORT FIELDS

  • Weekday (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc)

  • # of Calls

  • Call Duration

  • Call Price

  • Average Call

  • % of Total Calls
     

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select DAY WEEK MONTH REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select WEEKDAY TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
